Mai Nishida was born in Kizu, Kyoto, Japan.Her father was a Japanese Army Officer and mother was beautician cum model. She has started her schooling in home town and later she was shifted to Tokyo central military school. After her school graduation has got admitted in Tokyo university but can not completed her education due to work pressure but she has learned acting and martial arts from Tao Nakasa.
